One strength of variable capacitance MEMS (VC MEMS) accelerometers is their ability to measure very low frequencies and motion accurately. These devices can measure static or dynamic acceleration and provide a high output. VC accelerometers exhibit very stable zero offsets and low non-linearity. Endevco's general purpose VC MEMS all feature rugged packaging, 10,000g shock limit and wide operating temperatures making them suitable for low frequency measurements in tough applications.
