Acelerómetros ICP® de Alta Temperatura

A PCB® oferece acelerómetros ICP® especialmente concebidos e testados para a realização de medições de vibração e choque em condições ambientais exigentes até 180 °C (356 °F). Estes sensores combinam a tecnologia comprovada de deteção de cisalhamento de quartzo e cerâmica com circuitos microelectrónicos especializados de condicionamento de sinal incorporados para obter um funcionamento fiável em temperaturas extremas e através de ciclos de temperatura repetitivos. As caixas de titânio leve ou de aço inoxidável, soldadas a laser e hermeticamente seladas, oferecem maior proteção contra o ambiente. Antes da expedição, cada sensor é submetido a uma bateria de testes para garantir a sua capacidade de sobrevivência para a utilização prevista. Esses testes incluem imersão em temperaturas elevadas, ciclos de temperatura e exposição a procedimentos de rastreio altamente acelerados com agitadores acionados hidraulicamente.
