Hoge temperatuur ICP® versnellingsmeters (≤ +356 ºF/+180 ºC)

PCB® biedt speciaal ontworpen en geteste ICP® versnellingsmeters voor het uitvoeren van trillings- en schokmetingen onder veeleisende omgevingsomstandigheden tot 356 °F (180 °C). Deze sensoren combineren beproefde kwarts en keramische afschuifsensortechnologie met gespecialiseerde, ingebouwde micro-elektronische signaalconditioneringsschakelingen voor een betrouwbare werking bij extreme temperaturen en herhaalde temperatuurschommelingen. Lasergelaste, hermetisch afgesloten, lichtgewicht behuizingen van titanium of roestvrij staal bieden verdere bescherming tegen de omgeving. Voorafgaand aan de verzending ondergaat elke sensor een reeks tests om de duurzaamheid voor het beoogde gebruik te garanderen. Dergelijke tests omvatten temperatuurdaling bij verhoogde temperaturen, temperatuurwisselingen en blootstelling aan zeer versnelde screeningprocedures met hydraulisch aangedreven schudders.
