IMI-Sensors to Showcase Echo® Wireless Vibration Sensors at the ISA Automation Week

September 10, 2012, Depew, NY - IMI-Sensors, the world's largest manufacturer of industrial vibration monitoring instrumentation, announced participation in this year's ISA Automation Week Technology and Solutions Event scheduled for September 24-27 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL. The company will exhibit its range of vibration monitoring sensors, including IMI's latest innovation, Echo® Wireless Vibration Monitoring System.

The new Echo® Wireless Vibration Sensors is a state-of-the art vibration monitoring system designed to detect the overall health of the machine and provide immediate notification when warning or critical levels are reached. Typical uses of Echo® are various plants, including power, steel, food processing, paper, chemical, and automotive. The end users can also integrate the data collected by the Echo® system into their existing legacy vibration or plant monitoring device. This is possible through a Modbus® interface, which turns existing portable monitoring systems into wireless devices through Echo®.

The company also plans to exhibit 699A06 shaker, Bearing Fault Detector, Switch Display, Process Protection ceramic display and associated accessories. Visitors of the IMI booth at the upcoming ISA Automation Week 2012 will receive multiple discount offers on most of the displayed products, including Echo® Wireless Vibration Sensors.

IMI-Sensors has been specializing in predictive maintenance and process control instrumentation for decades, helping companies protect their critical industrial assets by optimizing machine performance and keeping maintenance expenses and downtime to a minimum. This is accomplished primarily through condition monitoring and vibration trending analysis and understanding potential causes of unscheduled shut downs.

ISA Automation Week 2012 is a wide-ranging technical conference and supplier exhibition attracting and serving process and discrete automation and control professionals. The exhibition will feature leading suppliers and vendors who support and serve automation professionals with products, services, and technical data. IMI-Sensors will be located in booth #966.
