Designed as an accessible entry-level option for environmental noise, SoundExpert Sound Level Meter Model 821ENV offers unprecedented ease of use, compatibility with your existing G4 LD Utility Software, and a wider dynamic range than its predecessor, SoundExpert Model LxT. Test at lower dB levels without the need to purchase a special low-noise microphone. SoundExpert is available from our Rental Team in a kit designed for environmental noise.

Mezzo Sound Intensity Probe

A Sound Intensity Probe offers a great way to measure product sound power in any sound field - no need for an anechoic or reverberant chamber. Since directionality is part of the intensity measurement, it can also be useful for sound source identification of complex equipment. The MEZZO Intensity Probe simplifies measurements with on-board processing and easy connection to a PC or tablet, with analysis via MEZZO Intensity Analyzer Module (software is provided on a tablet included with rental). To further visualize data, the MEZZO I-Track system is a popular rental add-on which adds a camera-based system that quickly provides a high-definition sound image.
