PCB® Acquires Endevco® Test and Measurement Product Line

October, 2019, Depew, NY On Monday, August 5, 2019 PCB Piezotronics executed an agreement with Meggitt PLC (MGGT.L) to purchase the assets of their Endevco sensor business. This acquisition significantly expands PCB's product portfolio, especially in the automotive and aerospace & defense markets. We strongly believe that the combination of PCB and Endevco will enable us to provide industry leading breadth of sensor product offerings and that combining Endevco’s world class innovation with PCB’s world class Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) will enable us to provide products and service that are unmatched in the sensor market.
