Lateral Excitation Stand

Lateral Excitation Shaker Stand
Model 2050A

The Model 2050A simplifies the positioning of the shaker in tests that require lateral excitation. For automobiles, aircraft, aerospace structures, and civil structures, this setup is often required when all modes are to be excited in a MIMO test. The stinger is ideal for use with a tensioned piano string stinger, which significantly reduces unwanted transverse force input to the prefling.

  • The combination of lateral and vertical excitation distributes the input energy and helps excite uncoupled lateral modes
  • Provides the ability to customize a modal shaker for horizontal excitation
  • Ensures correct alignment with vertical coarse and fine adjustment
AirRide

AirRide® Test Mount
Model 8032S

AirRide supports isolate heavy structures during modal testing and keep assembly frequencies (rigid body) well below the frequency of the first deformation mode.

  • Enables extremely low assembly frequencies for large rigid body test structures
  • Eliminates multiple mounting frequencies as the natural frequency of the AirRide does not shift significantly with load changes

Horizontal Table

Horizontal Table Systems
Models K2075E-HT and K2110E-HT

Horizontal table systems are designed to accommodate test objects that are limited in orientation, larger or heavier than those that can be attached directly to the top of a dual-purpose vibratory feeder. These systems offer flexibility in your prüfmögibilities.

  • Includes shaker (2075E or 2110E), amplifier, lightweight magnesium table and cooling package.
  • Can be operated both vertically (without table) and horizontally with a 15 x 19 cm (6 x 7.5 inch) horizontal table
  • Removes the lateral load of the shutter suspension
Head Expander

Vibration Shaker Head Expander
Models 2000X01 and M2000X01

Head expanders are used with 2075E and 2110E dual-purpose vibration shakers to increase the mounting area for vibration testing.

  • Floor space of 18 cm (7 inches) diameter
  • Makes it possible to mount larger, less dense pressurized bottles thanks to an enlarged mounting area
  • Made of a special lightweight magnesium alloy with 32 mounting holes (10-32 or M5 threads) in a square pattern of 2.54 cm (1 in.)
