Applications
HT378B02
The HT378B02 features high temperature operation in a free-field package perfect for engine and powertrain testing. Free-field mics are the best suited for under hood and dyno applications for use in measuring sound power and TPA.
377B26
Operating at a maximum temperature of 1472°F/800°C, PCB® Model 377B26, probe microphone measures much higher temperatures than traditional test and measurement microphones. This design quantifies sound pressure and resonant frequencies for exhaust noise and engine noise via a non-contact sensor.
378A04
The 378A04 is a 1/2" ICP® free-field prepolarized microphone designed for extreme low amplitude measurements. PCB was the first to design and come to market with this ½" prepolarized microphone with a 5.5 dBA (typical) capability.
378A08
The 378A08 is a 1/4" ICP® free-field prepolarized microphone and preamplifier system with multiple sound field usage capability. Model 378A08 measures to 25 dBA within a low profile prepolarized (0V) design.
130A24
The 1/2" ICP® Water and Dust Resistant Array Microphone system, PCB® Model 130A24, is ideal for high humidity applications, outdoor measurements and harsh settings where dust, water or oil splash is a concern.
130F20
The 130F20 is a value oriented microphone with a BNC connector, used for noise source identification in multi-channel arrays, or individually for audible range noise tests.
130B40
The ½" ICP® The slim, 3 mm, low profile design of the PCB® model 130B40 surface microphone reduces unwanted wind effects, making it the preferred microphone for wind, brake and tire noise testing.
378A14
Model 378A14 is a 1/4" side vented Pressure Field design which allows for equalization of atmospheric pressure when used in a flush mounted cavity, tube, wall or panel where the static atmospheric pressure inside varies greatly to outside of the structure. It is recommended for applications where high amplitude sound pressure levels or high frequency measurements are required.
378C10
Model 378C10 is a 1/4" pressure response microphone typically used in noise absorption applications within impedance tubes, or general noise testing in cavities or small enclosures.
378A12
The 378A12 can be used to measure the pressure response of airbag deployments. It has the highest amplitude range of all condenser microphones from PCB to measure high pressure events.
378A14
Model 378A14 is a 1/4" side vented Pressure Field design which allows for equalization of atmospheric pressure when used in a flush mounted cavity, tube, wall or panel where the static atmospheric pressure inside varies greatly to outside of the structure. It is recommended for applications where high amplitude sound pressure levels or high frequency measurements are required. Optional nose cones or windscreens are recommended for windy applications.
378C10
Model 378C10 is a 1/4" pressure response microphone typically used in noise absorption applications within impedance tubes, or general noise testing in cavities or small enclosures.
