| This statement confirms that PCB Piezotronics, Inc. product model numbers containing the prefix "RH" are not intentionally manufactured with any of the restricted substances (Lead, Cadmium, Mercury, Hexavalent Chromium, Polybrominated Biphenyls (PBB) or Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDE)) and therefore are in compliance with European Directive for the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive 2002/95/EC. In the event trace levels of restricted substances are present in homogeneous materials, their maximum concentrations do not exceed the percent by weight values defined in the Commission Decision 2005/618/EC amendment to Directive 2002/95/EC. |
